Capability measurement for stable production
Capability measurement is used to assess and ensure that a manufacturing process delivers dimensions within specified tolerances. We perform statistical measurements that show variation, precision and reliability in manufacturing. Our measurement engineers analyse the results and provide data to improve processes and production outcomes. Thanks to modern measuring machines with an accuracy of 2.5 micrometres, even small deviations can be detected in time.

Drop-out and full-stroke tests
To verify that series production maintains the same quality as prototypes or pre-series, we carry out drop-out tests and full-cycle tests. During these measurements, a large number of components are analysed to identify variations and any tendencies towards deviation. The results are used as a basis for decision-making in process adjustment and quality assurance of current production.
Our measurement protocols contain clear values and comparisons with CAD or drawing documentation, providing full traceability. Thanks to short lead times and high capacity, we can quickly deliver reports that contribute to stable production quality over time.

Since 2001, Värnamo Mätcenter AB has worked with quality assurance and advanced measurement technology for industrial companies in the Nordic region. Our operations are based at the Hornaryd industrial estate in Värnamo, where four measurement technicians work full-time in modern premises equipped with the latest measurement technology.
