CMM measurement against drawing and CAD
Värnamo Mätcenter AB performs CMM measurements against drawings and CAD documents with high precision. Our technicians have extensive experience of measuring components, fixtures and prototypes with requirements for repeatable accuracy and traceable documentation.
Verification of details, jigs, reels and fixtures
Verification of parts, jigs, gauges and fixtures is a central part of our daily work. Each measurement ensures that parts fulfil the requirements and tolerances of the drawing. We assist designers and production staff with documentation that proves that components fulfil specified dimensions, shape and position.
Our accuracy is within 2.5 microns on measuring ranges up to 2000 millimetres, providing reliable results even on complex geometries. With proven quality and experience from the automotive industry, we offer verification that contributes to safer production and improved quality assurance.
Traceable and repeatable measurement data
With our four CNC-controlled coordinate measuring machines and modern software, we ensure accurate results for industrial companies in Sweden and the Nordic region. The machinery is adapted to handle everything from small details to larger components while maintaining accuracy.
We program in Metrologic in both 2D and 3D, which makes it possible to create effective measurement programmes directly from the customer's CAD models. We are also ISO 9001:2015 certified. The combination of well-equipped machines, advanced software and experienced technicians provides measurement data that is both traceable and repeatable. This is an important prerequisite for quality-assured production at our customers.

Since its inception in 2001, Värnamo Mätcenter AB has offered advanced measurement technology with short lead times and high flexibility. Our business is based in Hornaryd's industrial area in Värnamo, where our four measurement technicians work full-time in modern and well-equipped premises. Here, CMM measurements are performed daily for customers throughout Sweden and the rest of the Nordic region.
