Värnamo Mätcenter AB has four CNC-controlled coordinate measuring machines equipped with modern software for precise measurement technology.

Our CNC-controlled coordinate measuring machines

Our machine park includes four CNC-controlled coordinate measuring machines used for CMM measurement, 3D measurement and capability measurement. The machines are capable of measuring ranges up to 2000 millimetres with an accuracy of 2.5 micrometres. They are used daily to measure components, fixtures, jigs and prototypes with requirements for repeatability and traceable documentation.

The machinery is located at our premises in Hornaryd's industrial area in Värnamo where our four measurement technicians work full-time. The equipment is regularly updated to ensure reliable results and short lead times. Each measurement is documented digitally and delivered to the customer in clear measurement protocols.

Coordinate measuring machines and systems

  • All machines perform the same type of work. This allows us to be flexible in our work. The difference is the size. The machines have been retrofitted to meet today's standards. The software is called Metrologic.
